Adecco is currently hiring an Airport Crew/Coordinator – Arrivals & Departures for a full-time temporary opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. This is a high-energy, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys supporting travelers from around the world, and wants to be part of a fast-moving operation where precision, communication, and teamwork make everything flow smoothly.

Step into the heart of the airport action where no two moments are the same — greeting guests, coordinating movements, and making sure every arrival and departure runs like clockwork. If you enjoy staying on your feet, solving problems in real time, and being part of an energetic, coordinated team, this role is for you.

  • Salary: $25.00/hour

  • Location: Vancouver, BC

  • Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Welcome Desk in line with established procedures and operational plans

  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and efficient service to all guest groups

  • Monitor transport booking systems and coordinate with load zone teams to ensure vehicles are staged and ready at the correct time

  • Support the dispatch and movement of vehicles within airport operations

  • Assist with managing vehicle flow, staging, and on-the-ground transport coordination

  • Greet, meet, and escort clients from arrival halls to designated transport zones

  • Provide real-time assistance to guests and resolve any issues that arise during arrivals or departures

  • Collect and share operational information for daily reporting and updates

  • Complete required daily reports accurately and on time

  • Work closely with airport supervisors and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of services

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a strong asset)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and professional approach

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced airport environment with shifting priorities

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or event operations is an asset

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly under pressure

  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, on-your-feet environment

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak operational periods
