Salary range (but not limited to):

54,900 - 67,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

Nous cherchons un Agent principal, soutien administratif, pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Support de l’équipe d’indemnisation Cautionnement et Assurance-crédit dans l’administration des dossiers de réclamation.
  • Obtenir et organiser l’information nécessaire en lien avec les dossiers de réclamation pour les conseillers en indemnisation.
  • Télécharger et classer des documents dans les dossiers.
  • Communiquer avec les réclamants et les autres parties prenantes.
  • Rédiger des notes de suivi et tenir à jour les activités en lien avec la préparation administrative des dossiers.
  • Gérer la correspondance et assurer la qualité et l'exactitude des informations.  
  • Recopier des données à partir de documents ou de bases de données en utilisant nos méthodes normalisées.
  • Produire des rapports pour les gestionnaires.
  • Répondre à une variété de demandes de nature administrative.
  • Soutenir des projets ou de nouvelles initiatives sur demande.


Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Technicien administratif ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de bureau
  • Excellent service à la clientèle et capacité d'établir des relations
  • Communication écrite et verbale exemplaire
  • Hautement organisé et capable de gérer efficacement le flux de travail sans supervision continue
  • Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive
  • Capacité et volonté d'apprendre 
  • Gestion des priorités
  • Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
  • Connaissance du logiciel Claim Center (atout)
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) — Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
