Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide front‑office support and ensure smooth daily operations for our client in Edmonton, AB. This role requires you to be organized, professional, and customer‑focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

  • Provide front‑counter customer service, assisting visitors, clients, and internal staff.

  • Perform accurate data entry, maintaining and updating records as needed.

  • Respond to email inquiries and assist with administrative documentation.

  • Support general office tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and document organization.

  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office area.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support or customer service.

  • Strong phone etiquette and clear, professional communication skills.

  • Proficient and accurate in data entry tasks.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic office software.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Professional, reliable, friendly, and customer‑focused demeanor.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
