Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant for a professional office environment in Saskatoon, SK. This role is ideal for a friendly, self-motivated individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing essential administrative and facility support in a fast-paced setting. You will manage front desk operations, support day-to-day administrative tasks, and assist with facility coordination. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for visitors while ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

  • Location: Saskatoon, SK

  • Shift: Monday-Friday| 8:00am – 4:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Start: May 28, 2026 to July 06, 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and leadership

  • Answer and direct phone calls, receive packages, and coordinate mail and courier services

  • Order office supplies, catering, and other materials as required

  • Support events, meetings, and internal initiatives

  • Perform basic kitchen and office upkeep duties

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma required (post-secondary education is an asset)

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or reception role

  • Health & Safety experience is an asset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Experience with Oracle is an asset

  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing responsibilities autonomously

  • Professional, approachable, and personable demeanor

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
