Field-Centred 2SLGBTQIA+ DEI Strategies
Field-Centred 2SLGBTQIA+ DEI Strategies
October 8 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Thursday, October 8 | 1:00pm – 2:00pm ET
Many organizations have made meaningful investments in 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion—but too often those efforts are experienced differently for employees working outside of a corporate office. This webinar examines how employers can close the office-to-field gap and create inclusion strategies that respond to the realities of the entire workforce.
Participants will explore practical approaches for extending inclusion beyond the head office, including how to ensure field workers, trades workers, shift workers, contractors, and regional teams have meaningful access to inclusion efforts, employee networks, reporting pathways, and leadership support. The session also offers guidance on designing decentralized strategies that are practical, sustainable, and responsive to operational environments.
This is a free webinar offered as part of the “Empowering 2SLGBTQIA+ Workers in Energy” project, funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada.
