Adecco is currently hiring several full-time Warehouse Picker/Packer for a leading warehouse and distribution operation in Kelowna, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.

  • Pay Rate: $18.95 - $20.00/hour

  • Location: Kelowna, BC

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Pick automotive parts and accessories, including filters, brake pads, and other components, using order sheets and handheld RF scanners

  • Verify SKU numbers, quantities, and product condition to ensure order accuracy

  • Place picked items into designated bins and prepare them for internal transfer and distribution

  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while meeting daily performance targets

  • Assist with inventory control and report discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages

  • Keep picking areas, aisles, and workstations clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse team members to achieve operational goals

  • ·         Support general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

  • Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or order picking experience required

  • Experience within the automotive parts industry is considered a strong asset

  • Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and warehouse technology

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Lift up to 15 lbs frequently

  • Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

  • Lift up to 50 lbs rarely

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours at a time

  • Comfortable bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
