Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for our client in Scarborough, ON. This position is ideal for an outgoing, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.

In this role, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers, helping create a positive customer experience while supporting projects from initial inquiry through completion. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of customer service, sales support, project coordination, and administration.

  • Pay Rate: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

  • Location: Scarborough, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers while providing an exceptional customer experience

  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and customer proposals

  • Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and quote opportunities

  • Manage projects from order entry through completion and delivery

  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and order status to customers

  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and project information within company systems

  • Assist with customer outreach and business development initiatives

  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming showroom environment

  • Build strong relationships with customers and support long-term business growth

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Positive, outgoing, and professional approach when interacting with customers and colleagues

  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, administration, inside sales, or a related field is considered an asset

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects or customer requests is an asset
