Adecco is currently hiring full-time Program Administration & Screening Support Officers to support a new program at Toronto Pearson International Airport. In this role, you will assist with onsite health screening and administrative activities for international travelers entering Canada.

Successful candidates will receive training to become a Designated Screening Officers, supporting critical public health operations while ensuring a professional and positive experience for travelers.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00/hour

  • Location: Mississauga, ON

  • Shift: 24/7 rotating shifts | 08:00 – 16:00 | 16:00 – 24:00 | 24:00 – 08:00

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | Approx. 90 days, with potential extension

Responsibilities:

  • Support health screening and assessment activities for international travelers

  • Assist in administrative and program coordination functions related to company operations

  • Provide general guidance and direction to travelers onsite

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity

  • Assist with operational logistics and communication across teams

  • Use company-issued systems and equipment to complete assigned tasks

  • Deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment

  • Follow all health, safety, and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Enhanced Reliability Clearance (mandatory)

  • Previous experience in administration, program coordination, or customer service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, calendar management)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operational environment

  • Experience in medical or health administration

  • Previous experience in airport, government, or screening environments

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
