This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.
Make a difference
The Metrics and Reporting Analyst within Procurement is responsible for advancing procurement reporting, data governance, and performance measurement capabilities across sourcing, contracts, and supplier management systems.
This role ensures procurement data is accurate, standardized, and strategically leveraged to support compliance, financial stewardship, risk management, and sourcing effectiveness.
The position plays a key role in strengthening data integrity across procurement platforms while aligning reporting practices with enterprise data governance principles.
What you'll do
Procurement Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI and related tools)
- Define and standardize procurement KPIs including sourcing cycle time, contract compliance, spend visibility, PO timeliness, and vendor performance
- Produce recurring executive reporting packages (e.g., contract expiry monitoring, compliance dashboards, pipeline tracking)
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to extract and transform data from multiple procurement and financial systems
- Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual intervention and improve data reliability
- Provide analytical insights and trend analysis to support sourcing strategy and operational decision-making
Data Governance & Quality Management
- Establish and monitor data quality standards across procurement systems (Yardi, CLM, e-Procurement platforms)
- Conduct periodic audits of procurement data to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
- Standardize sourcing templates, reporting definitions, and data entry protocols
- Identify and resolve recurring data integrity issues
- Support enterprise audit, compliance, and risk reporting requirements
Systems & Data Integration Support
- Serve as subject matter expert for procurement reporting across multiple systems
- Support configuration testing and validation of reporting outputs during system enhancements or implementations
- Support structured data ingestion and transformation processes using SQL and automation tools
- Document data logic, transformation rules, and reporting methodologies to ensure sustainability and scalability
Continuous Improvement & Modernization
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, streamline dashboards, and enhance reporting efficiency
- Recommend scalable reporting structures that support future BI modernization initiatives
- Support evaluation of tools or approaches that improve procurement analytics capability
- Contribute to building a sustainable, enterprise-aligned procurement data framework
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, procurement reporting, finance, or related function
- Experience working in multi-system data environments
- Experience supporting system implementations or process improvement initiatives
- Advanced SQL
- Power BI (or equivalent BI platform)
- Advanced Excel (including data modeling and automation)
- Strong understanding of data governance principles
Nice to have:
- Experience with procurement or financial systems (e.g., Yardi, CLM, e-Procurement platforms)
- Experience supporting structured data ingestion or automation workflows (e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar tools)
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (fact/dimension structures)
- Experience working with enterprise data or IT teams on reporting alignment
