Join Suncor’s ServiceNow Platform Team and help power one of the company’s most critical enterprise platforms. ServiceNow is the central hub where employees request services, track work, and connect to key systems like SAP, Workday, MDM, Saviynt, and Microsoft. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, curious ServiceNow analyst who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to how a large-scale enterprise platform operates.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience or exposure to ServiceNow through education, internships or co-ops
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Familiarity with ServiceNow concepts such as forms, workflows, catalog items and reporting
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships across the organization

Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow reports, dashboards, indicators and widgets used by various business teams
- Assist with the maintenance of the ServiceNow Service Catalog and ensure items are accurate, easy to use and aligned with platform standards
- Support the administration and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assist in creating and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases
- Support regression testing for platform enhancements and upgrades and follow established change management and release processes
- Provide day-to-day support for the ServiceNow platform by helping troubleshoot issues and respond to user questions
- Work with senior platform team members, developers, and partners to resolve incidents and support ongoing improvements
Location and other Key details:
- This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
- Our professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will be based years of experience and scope of work
