Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Restaurant & Bar Manager on behalf of our client in Nakusp, BC. This year-round role is responsible for leading Tavern front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and contributing to overall profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Pay Rate: $54,000 – $56,000 annually

  • Location: Nakusp, BC

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team to achieve Food & Beverage financial goals and key performance indicators

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to front-of-house staff

  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels based on business demands

  • Oversee inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management initiatives

  • Ensure consistent delivery of service standards aligned with brand expectations

  • Maintain compliance with liquor licensing regulations and applicable laws

  • Develop and execute drink menus, features, and promotional initiatives

  • Support Occupational Health & Safety standards in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager, including WorkSafeBC and WHMIS compliance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry

  • Valid Food Safe Certificate

  • Serving It Right (BC) certification required

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
