Adecco is currently hiring several full-time Wayfinders to support event operations and enhance the guest experience. This role is ideal for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

As a Wayfinder, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth guest flow and providing clear directions throughout the venue.

  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

  • Location: Vancouver, BC

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide directions to lounges, hospitality areas, restrooms, activations, and seating locations

  • Assist guests moving between stadium seating and hospitality spaces

  • Support crowd flow management in high-traffic areas to ensure a safe and positive experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the event and organization

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments

  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

  • Languages: Proficiency in English, French, or Arabic is an asset

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
