SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on and driven Production Supervisor to support daily operations for a permanent role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Woodstock ON region. This role will focus on ensuring production targets are met, optimizing material flow, and leading teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output. QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (union experience preferred)

- Engineering Technology diploma/degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team development skills

- Solid understanding of safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily production activities, including labour coordination, material flow, and workflow alignment

- Supervise and develop production teams to meet output, safety, and quality targets

- Review engineering drawings and collaborate with technical teams to support production needs

- Partner with inventory and supply teams to manage materials and maintain optimal stock levels

- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and quality standards

- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices

- Participate in production planning and support overall operational strategy
