Adecco is hiring Bartenders / Mixologists to elevate the VIP and concessions experience at Cirque du Soleil.

If you love crafting amazing drinks, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and enjoy delivering exceptional guest service, this is your moment to shine under the Big Top!

  • Pay rate: $19.00/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Shifts: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last

  • show. Hours will vary | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Shake, stir, and craft standout cocktails for VIP and concession guests—bringing creativity and flair to every drink.

  • Deliver unforgettable guest experiences, creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere under the Big Top.

  • Bring high energy to every shift, thriving in a fast‑paced, electrifying environment.

  • Engage guests with personality, offering recommendations and answering questions with confidence.

  • Serve responsibly, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

  • Handle POS and cash transactions smoothly and accurately.

  • Keep the bar stocked, organized, and spotless, ensuring seamless service all night long.

  • Support setup and teardown, making sure every bar station looks sharp, fully stocked, and show‑ready.

Qualifications:

  • Proven bartending or mixology skills—you thrive in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments and keep every pour consistent, even under pressure.

  • Speed, precision, and creativity when crafting cocktails and serving beverages.

  • A passion for unforgettable guest service, delivering smiles, energy, and top‑tier hospitality.

  • High‑energy attitude and team spirit—you love working alongside others in a vibrant event atmosphere.

  • Professional, polished appearance that reflects the Cirque du Soleil experience.

  • Dress code: black shirt, black pants, black shoes (no logos).

  • Bilingual in French and English (asset).

  • Valid alcohol service certification (Smart Serve, Service in Action/ITHQ, or provincial equivalent).

  • Food handling certification (MAPAQ or equivalent) is an asset.

  • Full availability for the duration of the show in your city.

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
