Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Site Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative operations for one of our clients. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring administrative functions and processes are consistently followed while providing efficient, reliable organizational support to the site and external stakeholders. This position plays a key role in supporting operational continuity and overall site effectiveness.

  • Pay Rate: $25.00 - $42.00/hour

  • Location: Lloydminster, SK - Travel to other remote sites 

  • Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm - 5 days on site. 

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across site and project activities to enable achievement of business objectives

  • Coordinate and manage PPE, plant, and office supplies

  • Support travel and expense administration through Concur for employees and Superintendents

  • Maintain and update site orientation and onboarding materials; coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and students

  • Support site and project activities by coordinating site visits and tours, assisting with IT and AV setups, and supporting site‑specific logistical requirements

  • Maintain and govern operational data across Excel, SharePoint, and related systems to support leadership reporting, audits, and decision-making

  • Submit and coordinate service requests through internal Self‑Serve platforms

  • Support operational scheduling and workforce coordination, including maintaining annual operator schedules

  • Enter, track, and maintain inspections, ERPs, and operational records in Intelex and related systems

  • Maintain and update site documentation impacted by organizational or management changes (contact lists, procedures, orientations, site access information)

  • Manage Outlook mailboxes and site calendars to support communication flow, meeting cadence, and operational priorities

  • Collaborate with cross‑site administrative staff and operational partners to promote alignment and consistent processes

  • Provide flexible project and operational support to ensure issue resolution, continuity, and overall efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • 5–7 years of administrative experience in a site, industrial, or operational environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience maintaining records across systems such as SharePoint and Intelex (asset)

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driving abstract

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong multi‑tasking skills

  • Customer service–focused with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Adaptable and solution‑oriented approach to work

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
