Coordonnateur(rice) aux inventaires

Poste permanent, temps plein nuit. Lundi au vendredi 22h00 à 6h30

RESPONSABLITÉS

  • Assurer l’intégrité des données du système en effectuant les tâches de la liste de vérification du département inventaire;        
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires lors de rappels de produits;      
  • Assurer le support au département de la réception;    
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires pour les retours clients, les retours fournisseurs, les bris de marchandises, les dates de péremption, etc.;     
  • Effectuer des transferts de produits;  
  • Respecter les normes et procédures reliées au département;
  • S’assurer de l’exactitude des produits qui sont livrés et auditer l’échantillonnage hebdomadaire requis (vérification des commandes);
  • Assurer le remplacement de différents postes au département de l’inventaire

EXIGENCES :

  • 1 à 2 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office, principalement du logiciel Excel
  • Confortable à travailler dans un environnement frais et congelé
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps
  • Connaissance de WMS (Manhattan), un atout
  • Bilingue (anglais fonctionnel), un atout
