Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Mechanical Coordinator (Night Shift) to support a Major RCR Project in Regina. This position plays a critical supervisory role overseeing the general contractor during demolition and mechanical installation activities on a large-scale industrial project.

You should be a seasoned Journeyperson Boilermaker (or equivalent capacity) with extensive field experience, strong QA oversight capabilities, and a proven ability to coordinate complex mechanical works during high-intensity turnaround environments.

  • Pay Rate: Day shift $107/hr and Night shift $112/hr 

  • Location: Regina, SK

  • Shift: 40 hours/week (4×10-hour days) | During turnaround: 6 days/week, 12.5-hour shifts

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of all ductwork

  • Oversight of CCU tie-ins

  • Mechanical equipment installation

  • Furnace tube piping

  • Site services

  • Construction equipment and tooling

  • Heavy haul and heavy lift activities

  • Area and discipline superintendents

  • Subcontractor coordination, including review and approval of daily LEMs from the general contractor

  • Ensuring work execution aligns with quality, safety, and schedule requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Journeyperson Boilermaker (or equivalent experience/capacity)

  • 15+ years of mechanical construction experience

  • Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and field inspection oversight

  • Proven experience working on major projects and turnarounds

  • Demonstrated leadership and contractor coordination experience

  • Willingness and availability to work night shift

  • Insurance overage required:

    • 2M GL Insurance = $2 million General Liability insurance

    • EO Insurance = Errors & Omissions insurance

    • WCB Saskatchewan = Workers’ Compensation Board coverage

    • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
