Adecco is currently hiring a Client Services Coordinator – Guest Hotels for a full-time temporary opportunity based in Toronto, ON. This is an exciting, high-energy role perfect for someone who loves live environments, thrives in fast-moving situations, and wants to be right at the heart of the action where hospitality, sport, and unforgettable guest experiences come together.

  • Salary : $25.00/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

  • Duration: approximately 6weeks

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Transport Welcome Desk in accordance with established procedures and operational plans

  • Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests and client groups

  • Manage client check-ins for transport bookings and coordinate with on-site staff to ensure vehicles are staged and ready

  • Book and update transport operations using the designated transport management system

  • Coordinate dispatch of vehicles for guest groups in alignment with scheduled movements

  • Escort and direct guests to designated load zones to ensure smooth and organized flow of arrivals and departures

  • Provide accurate, real-time information regarding transport options including taxis and rideshare services

  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues or escalate when necessary

  • Complete daily operational reports and maintain accurate records of transport activities

  • Collaborate closely with dispatch and logistics teams to support efficient transport flow

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a strong asset)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and guest-focused approach

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, event-driven environment

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, or event coordination is an asset

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operational needs

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak operational periods
