Adecco is currently hiring a Depot Coordinator – Bus & Fleet for a full-time temporary opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. Salary: $25.00/hour
Location: Vancouver, BC
Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and match-day operations
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary
Responsibilities
Oversee operational execution for assigned client groups, including hotel and stadium transport movements
Ensure compliance with SOPs, validated travel plans, and TMM system standards
Monitor vehicle readiness, fleet IDs, and client-facing presentation standards
Coordinate real-time transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Manage live operations including troubleshooting, logistics coordination, and service optimization
Supervise match-day transport movements, ensuring punctuality and protocol adherence
Coordinate driver schedules, route planning, and dispatch execution
Maintain constant communication with drivers and supervisors to adjust operations as required
Support fleet readiness including commissioning/decommissioning processes
Assist with fuel management, insurance claims, inventory tracking, and incident reporting
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance coordination to ensure fleet reliability
Ensure accurate execution of dispatch plans aligned with operational allocations
Requirements
Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a strong asset)
Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to perform in high-pressure, real-time operational environments
Strong communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Experience in logistics, fleet coordination, transportation, or operations is an asset
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak operational/match-day periods
