  • Monitor vendor performance, industry trends, and provide insightful reporting to FIAT VP and leadership on supplier metrics and cost savings

  • Own the FIAT contract intake repository, managing pre-approval/approval processes and conducting predictive analytics and forecasting

  • Serve as the central point of contact for supplier management compliance, governance, and transformational change initiatives across FIAT

  • Collaborate with Procurement, T&O Supplier Management Office, and GFT Supplier Delivery Management on contract reviews and best practice alignment

  • Lead planning initiatives supporting the FIAT portfolio including communication sessions and ad hoc reporting

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in financial services or banking industry supplier management

  • Familiarity with RBC systems, processes, or organizational structure

  • Project management certification or experience leading transformational change initiatives

  • Background in IT or technology contract management and vendor delivery oversight

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities

  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
