Are you an expert in sales operations with a passion for optimizing processes, fostering strong partnerships across teams, and delivering clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to provide critical support to our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who thrives on driving results, building trust, and influencing change.

As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll be the key operational partner for our sales organization, playing a crucial role in compensation management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. In this position, you play a central role in identifying risks, monitoring controls, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between Sales and a range of internal support functions—Marketing, Communications, Credit, Centralized Services, and more—ensuring a seamless flow of information and collaboration. You’ll also be a key stakeholder in managing change initiatives that impact sales.

This is a strategic, hands-on role, ideal for someone who’s a self-starter and comfortable working independently at a senior level.

Your role

• Lead sales operational planning by contributing to sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement

• Design, implement, and enhance sales processes, systems, and tools to improve operational effectiveness and reporting

• Oversee sales reporting, including management dashboards, performance tracking, and sales recognition or award programs

• Manage sales compensation programs by supporting annual bonus plans and advising on compensation exceptions

• Monitor market and competitor trends, analyze insights, and provide recommendations to senior leadership

• Ensure regulatory and operational oversight by monitoring controls, quality standards, and compliance across platforms, and documenting issues and corrective actions

• Act as a key liaison between Sales and internal partners, including regional leaders, marketing, credit, information technology, and centralized services

• Manage sales‑related projects and initiatives, including planning and oversight of related budgets

• Deliver consistent, professional internal service while maintaining confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements

o Hold a university certificate with relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; or a master’s degree with relevant experience

o Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, including evaluating the financial health of manufacturing clients and assessing the viability of equipment financing proposals

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Demonstrated ability to lead change and promote organizational growth

o Superior time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

o Proven interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships at all levels

o Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

o Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

o High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

o Absolute discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care

o Experience in risk management, quality assurance, audit, or regulatory oversight within a complex operational environment

o Strong knowledge of control monitoring, compliance frameworks, and operational risk concepts

o Experience producing analytical reporting to support internal stakeholders and decision-making

o Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role while collaborating with multiple internal partners
