Adecco is currently hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator for a full-time opportunity with our client in Embrun, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in sales support, CRM management, and customer coordination within a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer and dealer relationships, coordinating demo equipment, and ensuring accurate order processing and reporting. You will play a key role in optimizing sales processes and delivering a high level of customer service.

  • Salary: $20–$23/hour

  • Location: Embrun, ON

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Contract: Temp-to-perm potential

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage dealer and customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery

  • Prepare and send quotations while ensuring pricing aligns with company policies

  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order issues

  • Onboard new dealers and customers, ensuring proper setup and documentation

  • Maintain and update dealer profiles, including account details and purchase history

  • Manage and track demo fleet availability, scheduling, and logistics

  • Coordinate transportation and ensure proper inspection and maintenance of demo units

  • Act as CRM administrator, ensuring data accuracy and consistent usage

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking performance and pipeline

  • Support house accounts, including municipal and industrial clients

  • Identify and coordinate public tender opportunities and submissions

  • Provide insights on sales trends, dealer performance, and forecasting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams

  • Support trade shows, dealer events, and sales initiatives as needed

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement efficiencies

  • Maintain SOPs for sales processes and dealer interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service

  • Experience in equipment, manufacturing, or distribution industries is an asset

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP Business One preferred)

  • Experience with order processing, quotations, and customer onboarding

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
