Adecco is currently hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity in Moncton, NB. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, administrative environment and is passionate about supporting clients in the healthcare sector.
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and supporting billing and administrative processes. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Pay Rate: $26.57/hour
Location: Moncton, NB
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexible start/end times)
Contract: Temp-to-perm potential

Responsibilities
Process customer orders from intake to completion, including both front-end and back-end tasks
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing timely support
Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Maintain customer records and update information within internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution
Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and documentation
Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in a healthcare environment
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
Experience in healthcare or medical supply environments considered an asset
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
