Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator for a full-time, temporary opportunity in Brockville, ON. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.

In this position, you will act as the key liaison between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and effective inventory tracking across multiple systems. You will also support reporting, documentation, and scheduling activities to help maintain efficient warehouse operations.

  • Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

  • Location: Brockville, ON

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (day shift to start, with afternoon shift availability required)

  • Contract: Temporary | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders and requests using 3PL systems (3Plink/Excalibur) and SAP

  • Track and update inventory records across warehouse systems

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams via email and phone

  • Complete reports, scan documents, and maintain accurate electronic filing systems

  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation activities

  • Schedule inbound deliveries and coordinate with warehouse operations

  • Support additional warehouse and administrative tasks as required, maintaining flexibility in duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support preferred

  • Familiarity with SAP and/or warehouse management systems is an asset

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Office applications

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
