Adecco is currently hiring a full-time innovative and technically exceptional AI / Computer Vision Research Scientist to join our client’s advanced research team in Markham, ON. In this role, you will drive invention, experimentation, and deployment of cutting‑edge AI and CV technologies that will power next‑generation digital experiences and industry‑leading products.

  • Pay Rate: $70.00/hour

  • Location: Markham, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Invent state-of-the-art AI and computer vision algorithms to be published in top AI/CV conferences.

  • Design and implement AI/CV solutions to real-world problems and land them in various Huawei products.

  • Support R&D in the domains of 3D digitalization, 3D geometry and texture editing, human motion synthesis, 3Dcharacteranimation and human-machine interaction.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or MSc degree in Computer Science or related fields, or have equivalent practical experience.

  • Have experience in applying Machine learning model for real-world applications.

  • Deep understanding of fundamentals and state of the art techniques in foundation models, embodied AI, robotics or decision making & reasoning.

  • Sharp technical insight and curiosity about new technologies to capture future technical opportunities.

  • Publications in top tier AI conferences, such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ICRA, IROS, CORL etc. is an asset.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
