Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our client’s accounting services team in Ajax, ON. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organized, and motivated individual with experience in accounts payable and strong data‑entry accuracy. You will play a key role in processing invoices, maintaining vendor information, and supporting various accounting tasks within a fast‑paced environment.

  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

  • Location: Ajax, ON

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform non‑PO and PO invoice data entry with speed and accuracy.

  • Audit invoices to ensure correct coding, approvals, and compliance with internal policies.

  • Support vendor master data maintenance, including updates and verification.

  • Assist with AP processing using SAP Concur or other ERP systems.

  • Provide support with various ad‑hoc tasks within the accounting services team.

  • Maintain high attention to detail while meeting daily and weekly deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous accounts payable experience is required.

  • Post‑secondary education in Accounting (diploma or degree).

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data‑entry accuracy and speed.

  • Flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

  • Experience with SAP Concur or other ERP systems used for AP processing.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
