Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s team, who are a fast‑growing technology solutions provider specializing in the SAP ecosystem. Supporting enterprise clients across Western Canada and the United States, our client offers a broad suite of SAP‑driven solutions and is expanding their senior sales leadership team.

This is a strategic, senior‑level sales role ideal for a business development leader who thrives in solution‑based selling, building long‑term client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive technology environment.

  • Pay Rate: $140,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience).

  • Location: Calgary, AB (Remote)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and close new SAP‑related opportunities across Western Canada.

  • Execute full‑cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to contract negotiation.

  • Develop and implement a territory growth strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Expand market share and establish long‑term presence within key verticals.

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts through strategic engagement.

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.

  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in a solutions‑focused environment.

  • Travel regularly to client sites, meetings, and relevant industry events.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with executive leadership to align business development strategies.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.

  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and sales reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales.

  • Proven success selling within the SAP ecosystem (required).

  • Strong background in technology or solution‑based sales.

  • Demonstrated track record of quota achievement and revenue growth.

  • Experience managing large, strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Strong executive presence, communication, and leadership capability.

  • Ability to travel approximately 30% across Western Canada.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
