Your role
- Analyze complex operational situations related to market events and formulate appropriate recommendations within an established framework
- Act as a resource for internal and external partners by responding to a wide range of operational requests
- Validate market‑event‑related processes to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management
- Identify issues, operational risks, and technical problems, and select the most appropriate solutions
- Assess stakeholder needs to contribute to the design or enhancement of systems, tools, and workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices, and systems by staying informed of industry developments
Your team
Within the Capital Markets Operations sector, you are part of a dynamic team of approximately 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Domestic Market Events. The team stands out for its strong operational expertise, commitment to quality, close collaboration with business partners, and its key role in the success of the Bank’s capital markets activities. Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent academic background
- Have significant experience in securities operations or corporate actions
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of financial markets and domestic market events
- Have experience with operational systems related to financial markets (for example, settlement platforms or specialized systems)
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex operational processes and propose concrete improvements
