Adecco is currently hiring an Integrated Facilities Management Account Director for a full-time position supporting a large, confidential government account. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring financial performance across multiple service lines. You will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, supporting on-site teams, and maintaining high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
Salary: $65-75K/year
Location: Ottawa, ON
Schedule: Flexibility required, including occasional weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities:
Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for the assigned government account
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong relationship management
Oversee daily operations across housekeeping and maintenance/handyman service lines
Lead, mentor, and support on-site managers and their teams
Manage staffing levels and workforce planning in alignment with seasonal demands
Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and overall operational execution
Maintain high service quality standards with a strong hospitality mindset
Drive client satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term account retention
Oversee financial responsibilities including month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll oversight
Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and government contract requirements
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and account growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management
Experience managing large on-site teams; multi-site experience is an asset
Strong hospitality or service-oriented background
Bilingual in French and English (required)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage technology for decision-making
Understanding of technical and operational service delivery
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including occasional weekends
Ability to travel overnight as required
Must be able to pass a Federal Criminal Background Check
Must have a clean driver’s abstract
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
