Reports into L08 TCT PFC Leader

Compensation: $72,500 - $78,700 per year

 

What critical experiences will you get?

This role is accountable for planning and controlling fleet and warehouse loading/unloading performance to support strong service and productivity outcomes. The role evaluates Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance, manages SLAs, and measures transportation productivity savings driven by effective planning and execution. They also monitor transportation performance related to customer service levels and delivery efficiency, and serve as the focal point for integrating TCT functions within the broader Business Supply Chain.


Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to optimize transportation operations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehousing, procurement, supply planning and customer service, to align transportation strategies with overall business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and improve transportation processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop Transportation Tactical Planning and Control practice

Qualifications

  • Engineering, Logistics, or Business University degree
  • Overall experience of close to 1- 2  years in transportation & continuous improvement role
  • Continuous improvement methodologies, Knowledge (Desired LSS  formation )
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Advance Excel  Proficiency, Data management tools knowledge desirable (Power BI, Tableu, etc.)
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for improving transportation productivity
  • Attention to Detail: precision in data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
