Adecco is currently hiring several full-time hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our client’s industrial cold storage facility in meat (pork) products. This is a physically demanding, hands‑on role ideal for individuals who enjoy active work and can thrive in a slightly cold warehouse environment. Year‑round, ongoing work is available. • Pay Rate: $17.20/hour

• Location: Winnipeg, MB

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products manually from trailers and containers

• Palletize items by hand according to warehouse guidelines

• Apply stickers/labels to products and pallets

• Wrap pallets using manual or powered pallet-wrapping techniques

• Perform general labour duties as required to support warehouse operations

• Stand for the entire shift and work efficiently in a colder environment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a cold environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand for long periods

• Previous general labour or warehouse experience is an asset (not required)

• Steel-toed shoes and high‑visibility vest (hi‑viz) required

• Own transportation preferred (public transit in the area is limited)

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
