Adecco is currently hiring on behalf of our clients full-time positions for Inside Sales and Sales Support roles across the Kamloops region. These positions are ideal for individuals who excel in customer engagement, have strong communication skills, and enjoy supporting fast‑growing sales teams.
As part of the inside sales function, you will play a key role in quoting, order management, customer service, and administrative sales support, helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $32.00/hour
Location: Kamloops, BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:0pm PST

Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries
Provide quotes, process orders, and maintain customer accounts
Build relationships with clients and recommend product solutions
Update CRM systems and track sales activity
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
Support general sales administration tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, order desk, or customer service environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Proficiency with computers and CRM tools is an asset
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
