Adecco is currently hiring an Intermediate Business Process Consultant for a full-time, remote position. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled aviation professional with project management experience and a strong background in civil and military aircraft maintenance.

As an Intermediate Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for mapping and analyzing training processes, developing gap analyses, facilitating working groups, and providing recommendations to improve aircraft maintenance training programs. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment between RCAF and civilian aircraft maintenance practices while supporting project milestones and deliverables.

  • Pay Rate: $100,000 – $130,000/year

  • Location: Ottawa, ON | Remote

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (set hours, overtime possible)

  • Contract: Full-time | Temporary (6 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop roles and responsibilities, methodology, timeline, tools/templates, deliverable formats, and communications plan; present in a kick-off meeting with the TA and project stakeholders

  • Map existing RCAF and civilian industry training processes for each trade

  • Provide subject-matter gap comparison of technician training and professional development between Canada’s civil aircraft maintenance industry and RCAF maintenance personnel

  • Facilitate joint advisory group and occupation-specific working groups with Resource and RCAF SMEs; confirm participation, meeting cadence, and logistics

  • Analyze RCAF and civilian technician training processes to recommend solutions, scenarios, trade-offs, and courses of action

  • Prepare and present findings, status updates, and other relevant information to the TA and project stakeholders for each milestone

  • Maintain effective communications via email, phone, video teleconferencing (VTC), D365 Teams, and in-person meetings as required

  • Make necessary preparations for active participation in meetings or conferences, including informal discussions or formal presentations

Requirements:

  • Valid Transport Canada (TC) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence, AME M category, with M2 rating or higher

  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in Canada’s civil aviation maintenance environment within the last 12 years

  • Experience performing both First Line (daily operational) and Second Line (heavy/in-depth) aircraft maintenance tasks

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience overseeing all phases of a project

  • Must hold at least one aircraft type certificate

  • Experience leading or supervising multiple AMEs in an aircraft maintenance environment

  • Demonstrated experience across Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing aircraft under the M2 rating

  • Experience working with, for, or supporting the RCAF or military aviation organizations

  • Experience contributing to occupational analyses, training plan development, competency frameworks, logbooks, or standards mapping

  • Must hold a valid Reliability Clearance

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
