PepsiCo Foods Canada has an opening in the Field Sales Department for a Customer Development Sales Representative (Ethnic Retailer Customers) in the Toronto Zone.

Total Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400
Responsibilities
- Owns selling, growth targets and unsaleable performance for ethnic retail customers (approximately 30-50 stores)
- Responsible for Selling of All Thematic Displays / Priorities / AD Activity and making recommendations for improvements/actions where necessary.
- Forecasts Inventory & reviews order quality weekly
- Conducts Business Reviews With Customers 1 per period
- Executes all Joint Business Plans and permanent racking agreements
- Actively communicates with District Leader, Route Sales Reps, Sales Operations and Customer Account teams
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese language is required (verbal and written)
- Valid G license, access to a car, with a clear drivers abstract is required
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- Previous selling experience with a track records of achieving sales targets
- Strong influence and negotiation skills, with ability to influence across all levels from front line managers to senior management (e.g. owner operators)
- Demonstrated people leadership and ability to coach others
- Able to work well and thrive in environments where you are equally comfortable working alone or working as a key contributor to a team
- Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- A professional image, ethical standards and a high level of integrity
