Your job
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients by establishing solid and lasting business relationships
  • Achieve business development objectives by proposing financial solutions adapted to all the needs of the supported companies
  • Carry out financial analyses, develop financing scenarios and make informed recommendations
  • Negotiate the conditions of financial products while ensuring profitability, compliance and sound risk management
  • Identify and seize business opportunities, including referral opportunities, in collaboration with partner teams
  • Actively contribute to the Bank's visibility in your market and contribute to the sector's growth

The Vice-President – commercial Banking and private Banking 1859 is a large community of specialists who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to support commercial clients and stay ahead of market best practices.
In commercial Banking and private Banking 1859, you are part of a team of committed professionals in different regions and report to a Regional Vice-President or Regional Vice-President. Our team stands out for its people-centric approach, proximity to clients and its ability to offer comprehensive financial solutions thanks to an extensive ecosystem of expertise. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life, particularly through a hybrid work environment and a flexible, adaptable schedule.

Prerequisites
  • University certificate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or master’s degree with 1 years of experience
  • Significant experience in business development with commercial clients
  • Solid knowledge of analyzing financial statements and setting up financing solutions
  • Experience in a financial, banking or related environment
  • Availability to travel occasionally within the area served
