Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our North American Planning team. The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining supply plans that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels across our retail and ecom 3PL warehouse networks for the Canadian market. This role works closely with demand planning, HQ production, logistics, and sales teams to balance supply and demand and support business objectives


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to prevent shortages or excess stock while minimizing expiration and scrap risks
  • Coordinate with HQ production and transportation teams, as well as 3PL suppliers, to ensure timely supply execution
  • Translate supply impacts into financial and customer outcomes
  • Own the supply planning stream within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment with demand, financial, and strategic objectives
  • Prepare and present supply insights, risks, and mitigation plans for monthly IBP reviews
  • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to optimize replenishment plans
  • Support strategic initiatives such as network changes, new product launches, and supplier transitions
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as service level, inventory turns, capacity utilization, and supply adherence
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with S&OP/IBP processes preferred
