Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our client’s receiving team in Oakville, ON. In this role you will be responsible for handling, processing, and safeguarding large volumes supplies in a secure operational environment. This role supports the accurate preparation, shipment, reconciliation, and destruction of materials while ensuring strict compliance with security procedures and organizational standards. Ideally, you should be detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accuracy.

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

  • Location: Oakville, ON

  • Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm | Monday to Friday

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dual custody and control of banknotes

  • Prepare, ship and receive banknotes

  • Process and reconcile banknotes on high-speed equipment, and participate in their destruction

  • Examine parcels, and address and solve various operational problems

  • Maintain the security and integrity of the assets of the team and the Bank

  • Enter data into various operating systems

  • Make a positive contribution to the continuous improvement process

  • Other related activities and deliverables, as required

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED;

  • Must complete a criminal records check

  • Written, Oral and Spoken communication skills in English;

  • Basic Physical abilities (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs);

  • Strong attention to detail and data reporting skills;

  • Light industrial experience would be considered an asset.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
