Alter Acadie NB

Alter Acadie is a provincial organization based in New Brunswick, dedicated to rooting queer identity and expression in Acadie and rurality. We are a political lobbying group and spokesperson for the Franco-Queer community in New Brunswick.

Mission

Alter Acadie NB advocates for equitable rights and supports the flourishing of Franco-Queer communities in New Brunswick through mobilization efforts, awareness raising, and facilitating the development of resources.

Mandate

Alter Acadie NB's mandate is to campaign and act for the recognition, awareness, and education as well as for the true and equitable inclusion of Francophone communities of sexual diversity, romantic diversity, gender diversity, and gender plurality in rural, regional, and provincial areas in New Brunswick.
