The Role
The Bell Mobility – RAN Operations’ team is seeking a motivated individual, with proven experience in wireless Network, Self-Organizing Netwok (SON) Concept, with coding and analytical skills. The successful candidate will report to the Sr Manager – RAN Operations. He will be responsible for the operationalization of new features and performance improvements within our c-SON plateform to improve experience for our costumers. This role will contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

- Responsible to support our Wireless Network Introduction Hub to operationalize new features.
- Work in coordination with Performance and Wireless technology’s teams whenever features need to be optimized or required troubleshooting.
- Support and create the automatisation of complex rule (CPR) using Java script witin our SON platform.
- Support National roll-out by genrating script through Policy Studio.
- Review and update the SON algorithms and processes regularly to reflect changing network conditions, user demands, and technological advancements.
Required skills / competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong coding experience utilizing JavaScript programming language
- 1 year of experience in wireless technologies with a strong understanding of 5G and LTE end-to-end with in-depth expertise in Nokia RAN vendor.
- Great deal of knowledge on self-organizing networks and their use in the field.
- Identify continuous process improvement or automation opportunities that will reduce manual and repetitive intervention.
- Proven ability in quantitative analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required.
- Experience with an agile organization.
- Strong experience with Javascript programming language
- Demonstrated ability with Web based development and Python and SQL programming languages.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, both virtually and in person.
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
