The SC Operations Associate Representative will support the Deployment Lead in preparing for Deployment/Hypercare activities across the Make to Deploy (Production, Quality, Warehouse), Enterprise Asset Management (Maintenance), and Order to Cash (GTM) process areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in Operations, Sales, Production, Quality, Maintenance, or Warehousing within manufacturing plants, satellite warehouses, and cross-dock facilities.
In this role, you'll collaborate with the PBNA ERP project and Deployment team, participating in system testing, developing training materials, ensuring site readiness, and overseeing deployment in manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory management, and GTM. This role requires a deep understanding of PBNA business processes to integrate manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory operations, impacting key areas such as the PBNA Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM cycles.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM operations.
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
- Ensure overall quality in Testing, Training & Deployment
- Support development of end-user training.
- Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Support end user training sessions.
- Validation of site layout maps for pre-go-live configuration
- Support identification of defects and gaps in SAP/EWM vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment, and communicate to PBNA Project Team.
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project Leadership
- Provide deployment and hypercare support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years in bottling operations in Manufacturing, Warehouse, and/or Inventory capacity
- Basic understanding of Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM Cycle of Operations.
- Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions
- Open to new ways of working.

- Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure
- Effective communicator, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical, process orientation, and collaborative skills.
- Significant travel is required, with a commitment to ensuring successful deployments, which may involve extended work hours and occasional weekends.
