What you’ll do:
- Meet the needs of customers who come to the pharmacy checkout counter
- Work with the pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacists to provide the best service
- Commit to providing exceptional customer service
- Pack orders and prepare deliveries
- Place orders
- Manage the expired medication register
- Order pharmacy supplies
- Sort prescriptions and manage archives
- Manage the sending and receiving of faxes
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean and tidy
You’ll need to:
- Be well organized
- Have a good attention to detail
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- Know how to spot and solve problems
- Be good at multi-tasking
- Be proactive
Schedule:
Full-time role: 30 hours/week
Be available during the day, evenings and weekends
Career opportunities:
Opportunity to become a pharmacy technical assistant (training included) within six months of hiring.
