As the Marketing Manager – Portfolio Marketing & Sports Partnerships, your mandate will be to drive growth by delivering PFC’s portfolio marketing agenda with our biggest brands, drive greater connectivity with Better Together across beverage and foods portfolios, and support PFC’s sports marketing agenda.

Responsibilities
- A change leader and influencer, this person will support the strategic vision to drive growth in full portfolio programming and sports partnerships. They will set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.
- Lead and deliver and annual operating plans for portfolio growth team and better together, including the development of key BT programs, FLC Portfolio programs and calendar planning, anchored in solid consumer insights and deep understanding of drivers of instore execution.
- Lead & manage Sports Marketing activations for PepsiCo Foods Partnerships while enhancing ROI on inventoried assets. Ensure strong brand integration, national and local display-driving programs, while supporting the delivery of our sports partnerships 3 year strategy.
- Execute the Total Connections Planning (i.e. Media & Communications plans) for PGS, working with Insights and Agency partners to deliver effective programming.
- Manage total PGS and Sports Properties budgets along with support on payment terms with partners.
- Wire and collaborate with the US and Global PGS teams to ensure shared best practices, resources and expertise on programing, tools, and strategy.
- Lead Sports Marketing integration in brand IAT programming.
- Lead onsite local activations for all sports partnership planning and execution – SB, UCL, etc.
Qualifications
- 4+ years marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
- Forward Thinking - Develops and collaboratively links key strategies and priorities to drive growth.
- Results - Develops and advocates for creative ideas, concepts and approaches that deliver quality results with urgency.
