Toronto Stock Exchange is Canada's senior equities market, providing domestic and international investors with access to the Canadian marketplace. Issuers list a variety of securities on Toronto Stock Exchange, including conventional securities and equity-related products, including exchange traded funds, income trusts and investment funds. TMX is headquartered in Toronto.
The Manager, Salesforce will be responsible for Salesforce training, leadership and team engagement for the Global Client Team and will have responsibilities for stakeholder and customer engagement relating to both Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The responsibility of this role is to work with the Global Client Team to continuously enhance our data integrity, lead stakeholder and customer engagement initiatives for the team, manage our Deal Portal, and perform research and analysis. Additionally, the role will have strategic responsibility across the Global Client team to enhance our connectivity to our global clients and stakeholders around strategic sectors as well as other functions connected to stakeholder development.
Key Accountabilities:
Fulsome coordination of stakeholder engagement across all parts of Capital Formation, including the execution of key communication initiatives with the Global Client team, production of Salesforce progress reports and dashboard metrics, and connecting all elements of our digital distribution strategy in coordination with the marketing team
Training, leadership and team engagement for Salesforce among the Global Client team
Taking on initiatives to enhance Salesforce data integrity and working with all members of Capital Formation to ensure their usage of Best Practices regarding Salesforce
Partner with the Global Client Team and Marketing on driving forward our Digital Distribution strategy and the associated data integrity strategy.
Liaising with our Listings teams, Marketing and others in Capital Formation and enterprise-wide
Work with sector and regional BD heads, as well as the Company Services team, to enhance and support current issuer and stakeholder development strategies
Work with Market Intelligence Group (MiG) and the Managing Director, Global Capital Development & Business Transformation to enhance stakeholder connectivity & communication and other stakeholder development programs
Strategic responsibility across Global Client programming to build stakeholder base around strategic sectors and regions
Provide research and analysis for initiatives under the direction of the Chief Commercial Officer and the Managing Director, Global Capital Development & Business Transformation
Assist in the development of programs that develop TSX and TSXV as destinations for listing
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce contact information with market influencers (investment banks, securities lawyers, investors, associations, government, regulators etc.), issuers and all other key stakeholders
Manage and supervise the MiG Associate in administering the Deal Portal
Must Haves:
2-5 years demonstrated experience using Salesforce in a professional setting
Solid understanding of equity capital markets
Expert level skills in PowerPoint, Salesforce and Excel
Ability to execute plan with minimal direction while working effectively within the Global Client team and other Capital Formation teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presentation development and preparation experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated analytical skills

Professional designation (MBA, CA, CFA)
