We are looking for a technology-oriented marketer that strives to create best-in-class customer experiences with every interaction. You will be joining this team at an exciting stage in our digital transformation journey and will play an important role in driving new capabilities for the Rogers Business Marketing team. You’ll achieve this with innovative ideas that deliver business results in a dynamic industry.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing, the Marketing Technology Manager will enable, optimize and accelerate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) capabilities and related ecosystem elements, while driving business outcomes. This individual is a super-user of marketing technology platforms and managing vendors that support the strategy and execution of marketing programs and tactics. They will work closely with several internal teams such as Sales, Digital, IT and Marketing to understand marketing campaign objectives and create a best in class, experience using Marketing Cloud.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for dynamic list generation, email nurture campaigns, lead flow, data extensions and data integration between systems
Responsible for ideating and executing on campaigns and cross channel content journeys (email, SMS, social, display, retargeting, etc) including structured testing strategies to optimize conversion rates
Leading the integration of data into Marketing Cloud across data sources and other technologies while managing business rules and requirements definition
Leading the creation of automated audiences and segments for marketing campaigns and triggered journeys
Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage MarTech capabilities to optimize campaign activities, improve speed to market and deliver measurable results
Ensure the successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketing Cloud and own ongoing campaign workflows
Working closely with our Lead Management team, refine lead passing methodologies and intelligence, to help sales prioritize activities
Work closely with Marketing Data Analysts, internal teams, and supporting agencies to identify requirements for marketing reports and required integrations to ensure access to data
Work with marketing agencies and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately
Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to best practices
Scope, assess and lead the integration of other MarTech systems/tools into Marketing Cloud (ie: call-attribution software, GA 360, Marketing Cloud plug-ins etc.), identifying technological gaps and working collaboratively to source the right solution
What you will bring:
3+ years’ experience managing complex digital marketing projects including working with Marketing technology platforms
3+ years’ experience in B2B environment with understanding of advanced sales cycles and demand gen process
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, GA 360, Adobe (or equivalent marketing automation and analytics tools)
Familiar with CMS systems and HTML
Ability to clearly communicate requirements, ideas and benefits to both technical and non-technical users
Excellent time and project management skills, keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Thrives in a fast paced environment with a natural curiosity to explore and action new ideas
Advanced level understanding of marketing automation including experience working directly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Pardot, chat platforms and communication deployment systems
Experience creating email templates using SFMC Content Builder and governance within Email Design System

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
