This role sits within Laurentian Bank.
Under the guidance of the team lead he or she will be also responsible to ensure that all requests from the business lines including, new development, incidents and ad-hoc requests are taken in charge, resolved and delivered within an acceptable timeframe.
- OSS Application:
- Kyndryl SIS - Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Support.
- DOXIM:
- Vendor Management, Support Statements and Trade confirms production.
- Act as a bridge between the business lines, auditors and the team.
- Act as a BA on projects and requests from the business lines.
- Produce high level estimates for new requests from the business.
- Support the Dev team in their business requirements needs.
- Ensure proper Documentation.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of Seven years of related experience
- All other combinations of education and equivalent experience may be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of the securities business.
- Excellent knowledge of the OSS Application.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure (incidents, tight deadlines and several projects at once).
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate.
- Analytical mind and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous and proactive in handling requests.
- Dynamic and results oriented.
- Concern for producing quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Bilingual*
- Knowledge of SQL queries programming.
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology.
