The Information Management Specialist acts as the Project Specialist of automation technology for the project, managing the information technology, automation, and information/data management requirements for the project team. This position works in conjunction with lead Project Information Manager (PIM).
• Assist in the set-up and administration of Project specific technology for data centric execution and delivery
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital themes, such as digital twin and Asset (Lifecycle) Information Management.
• Assist in the implementation of remote collaboration tools and procedures to support multi‐ office design reviews as well as training and collaboration sessions
• Produce applicable Project Information Management, Digital Project Delivery and Data Centric execution and implementation plans, diagrams, and documents
• Assist in the development and design of business work processes in support of project execution requirements
• Assist with Data Governance requirements to ensure standard execution and use of tools
• Support Project Automation with planning and project implementation of Engineering Design Systems (S3D, SPI, SPEL and others) and Engineering Data Management Systems (SPF, SDx and Fluor EPIC system)
• Interface with Information Technology Project Services (ITPS) to develop site IT infrastructure and automation plans.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Other duties as assigned
