The Warehouse Colleague role is ideal for those who love to work independently and stay active, while being supported by a collaborative team in a fast-paced unionized environment. Your Responsibilities Could Include:

• Assembling pallets of products for inventory requests made by Loblaw stores including wrapping orders and preparing them for shipping
• Ensuring items are accurately picked and identified to avoid discrepancies
• Adhering to all safety and equipment regulations, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Utilizing an electric pallet jack or counterbalance to maneuver through the warehouse
• Ability to take direction from a voice-automated system to pick and organize orders
• Check and record product and trailer temperatures
• Minor paperwork

Other Skills You Will Require:

• No formal qualifications or training required
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, repeatedly and up to 60 lbs occasionally with accuracy in a timed environment
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment
• Prepared to work in a physically demanding position
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Clear criminal record check will be required
