The Warehouse Colleague role is ideal for those who love to work independently and stay active, while being supported by a collaborative team in a fast-paced unionized environment. Your Responsibilities Could Include:
- Assembling pallets of products for inventory requests made by Loblaw stores including wrapping orders and preparing them for shipping
- Ensuring items are accurately picked and identified to avoid discrepancies
- Adhering to all safety and equipment regulations, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Utilizing an electric pallet jack or counterbalance to maneuver through the warehouse
- Ability to take direction from a voice-automated system to pick and organize orders
- Check and record product and trailer temperatures
- Minor paperwork

Other Skills You Will Require:
- No formal qualifications or training required
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, repeatedly and up to 60 lbs occasionally with accuracy in a timed environment
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment
- Prepared to work in a physically demanding position
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Clear criminal record check will be required
