Reporting to the VP Acquisition, the Director, In-store Acquisition & Partnerships is accountable for leading the partnership with our key in-store sales vendors. Our store network is a competitive advantage for PC Financial and remains a growing channel for acquisition of our products. This individual will serve as the primary relationship manager and ensure that sales partners are equipped with tools, processes, and information to drive business results and customer experience. This role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to support growth within our in-store sales channel.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team accountable for day-to-day partnership management of key external sales vendors, who oversee reps that roam LCL banner stores to sell PC Financial products
- Work directly with partners, credit risk, finance and compliance to manage and grow program scope and impact
- Leverage data and drive insights to strategically manage rep placement across the network, working closely with acquisition team to develop welcome offers that resonate with customers
- Accountable to annual budget, product allocation, planning, forecasting, complaints management and sales compliance
- Manage internal sales referral programs led by colleagues throughout the network, working closely with internal stakeholders to expand size and impact of programs
- Manage a strong compliance function working closely with out risk and compliance teams to deliver exceptional oversite of our entire sales program
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, including SLAs, with executive stakeholder
What You'll Need:
- 7 - 10 years in partnership, vendor management, operations role; experience in financial industry is an asset
- Superior partnership skills, analytic skills and ability to drive performance. Results-driven with the resilience and persistence to drive sustainable business success
- Capable of operating in a fast-paced environment with the skills to complete projects within aggressive timelines
- Collaborative nature, resourceful and capable of working in a team or independently.
- Strong Analytic skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable plans
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
