Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about collaborating with Product and Sales teams to drive business growth and the adoption of our advertising solutions.
What you'll do...
Responsibilities
- Product launches, enhancements, and Positioning: Play a key role in taking ad products from late feasibility to full-scale market launch, defining product positioning, narrative, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and best practices within commercialization and operations to support our rapidly growing ad portfolio.
- Rapid Product Shipping: Utilize your experience to ship products quickly to meet business and advertisers' needs.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the ad product SME, working with internal ad operations, business revenue operations, marketing, sales, and third-party service providers.
- Product Education and Support: Build, support, and provide product education and awareness.
- Sales Enablement: Champion our ad products with sales teams to drive adoption and collect feedback for product innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of solid Product Management, Agency, or Digital roles
- A strong understanding of digital advertising products, platforms, and trends
- Skilled problem solver who offers innovative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Focused on consumer needs in product and feature design, with a keen understanding of digital advertisers' requirements
- Strong analytical abilities
