Position Summary...

This role sets strategic direction and optimizes performance for specific technology functions. The role bridges business and technology, sets priorities, directs execution, and leads cross-technology projects while balancing customer focus with pragmatic decision-making.

What you'll do...

As a Senior Product Manager in the Financial Services portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of product roadmaps that drive customer and business value across omni-channel experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define and prioritize capabilities based on clear business cases, customer insights, and strategic goals.

You will facilitate listening sessions, lead training initiatives, produce clear documentation, and deliver compelling presentations that articulate product vision and strategy. You’ll navigate complex decision-making environments and influence outcomes through thoughtful collaboration and data-driven recommendations.

Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in financial services and omni-channel commerce is key to your success. You’ll translate market signals into actionable insights that inform product strategy and innovation.

As a system subject matter expert, you’ll understand how internal and external stakeholders interact with our platforms and guide teams to maximize capability utilization.
